Manor Farm is very much a working farm we have 500 acres of land growing wheat, barley, oilseed rape, oats and maize. We also rear a mixture of milk and dairy breeds. We have a few sheep and some chicken/bantems which guests are very welcome to go and visit during their stay.
The Eavis family have been at Manor Farm since 1951 when John's parents bought it.
John took over in 1963 after the death of his father. We have reluctantly disposed of our herd of Friesian cows and have diversified in other areas but are still kept very busy running the farm and cottages.
